Maguire & Partners Property Group (“M&PPG”) was formed in July 2002 by Daniel Maguire, Gabriel Spector and James Watson to own and develop commercial properties in the Eastern United States. All three were previously with Pitcairn Properties where they served, respectively, as President, Director of Acquisitions and Director of Property Management and Leasing. The three partners bring a combined 65 years of real estate experience in multiple property types and multiple markets to the company.

The primary goal of M&PPG is to identify, analyze and react to investments presented for ownership. Quickly identifying and controlling all aspects of an opportunity assures a continuous high level of response and service to the seller, investor and tenant. Since inception, M&PPG has acquired in excess of 1.2 million square feet of office and flex space.

M&PPG has a proven record of successfully sourcing, structuring and completing value-added transactions. In addition, our hands on approach to property management and leasing allows us to maintain a high level of control and results in superior risk adjusted returns for our investors.
