Daniel J. Maguire - Principal

Formerly the President of Pitcairn Properties, Dan brings to the Maguire & Partners Property Group (“M&PPG”), more than 30 years of experience in operating a full service real estate company and hands-on experience in development, management and leasing. During his career Dan has established a broad network of tenant and broker relationships along with a broad knowledge of the real estate development business. Dan has been responsible for the development of 75 properties comprising 8,000,000 square feet. Additionally, he has established and maintains relationships with national lenders and equity sources including GMAC, Bank of America, and Commerce Bank.

Dan is a graduate of LaSalle University. Dan and his wife, Maureen, live in Wayne, PA.

Gabriel Spector - Principal

Gabe was formerly the Director of Acquisitions for Pitcairn Properties and brings more than 15 years of acquisitions, finance/equity structuring, and valuation experience to Maguire & Partners Property Group ("M&PPG"). Gabe has also held Director of Acquisitions positions at The Rubenstein Company, a Mid-Atlantic private REIT and Balanced Capital, an investment firm that provided equity for real estate and venture capital opportunities via syndications with high net worth individuals. In addition, Gabe spent several years at GE Capital where he performed workouts and loan/equity origination. Gabe is currently involved with both acquisitions and the strategic review of each asset within M&PPG’s existing portfolio as well as the implementation of developed strategies.

Gabe holds an M.B.A. in real estate finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.B.A. from Emory University. Gabe and his wife, Ellen, live in Wynnewood with their two children.

Joining Maguire & Partners Property Group (“M&PPG”) in 2005, Mary Steelman brings a broad range of technical and management skills to the M&PPG team. Having completed her undergraduate degree in Architecture from Syracuse and her MBA from Columbia Business School, Mary worked at Coopers & Lybrand in New York, where she cultivated the intensive analytical skills required for successful strategic portfolio management. Applying and extending these skills through six years at Urdang and Associates of Philadelphia as a VP of Acquisitions, Mary participated in acquisition activity for multi-family, hotel, retail and office transactions valued at $1.2 billion over a 5-year period, each deal involving complex deal structures and partnership configurations.

As M&PPG’s Senior Vice President of Portfolio Development, Mary’s talents are utilized in all levels of acquisition activity, and development of the company’s portfolio. She oversees major building improvements, and performs all aspects of potential transaction analysis and due diligence.

Mary resides in Chestnut Hill with her husband and two daughters.
